I could not be happier with the work I received from Irvin Built Construction! Converting a small attic half bath to a full bath in a 100+ year old house presented some challenges, but Jordyn communicated all of these to me and I never doubted that he would succeed. He stayed on timeline and budget even with some major surprises (like additional subfloor work and more extensive plumbing fixes).

Jordyn has an eye for detail and strives for perfection. He was able to create trim to match the rest of the house so it looks like it’s been there forever. He also created a new attic access panel that blends with the wall, like a hidden door. It is obvious that Jordyn takes pride in his work and it shows. He is a wealth of knowledge and taught me a lot about construction methods from the early 1900s as well!

I will absolutely recommend Irvin Built to anyone looking for construction work. I was nervous about hiring out this project because I had a very particular vision I was hoping for, and Jordyn understood that and delivered.
